The organizing committee “Sochi 2014″ held a training seminar for the hospitality industry of Sochi, on the effective management of the hospitality industry. The seminar took place within the educational program for managers and staff of hotels.
The seminar addressed issues of philosophy of hospitality, the introduction of modern standards of service, the methodology for establishing procedures to improve the quality of services provided.
Along with coaches, experts, workshop participants identified the current problems and challenges of the hospitality industry of the city of Sochi in preparation for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2014, and reviewed examples of best practices of the world hotel industry.
The Games 2014 in Sochi will be 42.437 rooms in all categories to ensure the most comfortable living conditions for athletes, officials and guests of the competition.
It is already being modernized hotel fund Sochi: comprehensive maintenance three-star hotel complex “Loo” (750 rooms), is being renovated Joint Sanatorium “Sochi” (360 rooms), spa hotel “Rus” (265 rooms), three-star resort “Golden Spike” ( 300 rooms).
